After 10 years in banking, despite being a bit of a sceptic at the time about complementary medicine, poor health led me to try various complementary therapies and my first experiences of Reflexology. I found the sessions so powerful I decided to do a course at weekends whilst still working full time. I then spent 15 months working at Neal's Yard, Borough Market and then at Neal's Yard, Battersea. I now see clients at the Socks Off clinic in my home. Since March 2010 I have also been doing a clinic every Thursday at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital, volunteering for the Macmillan team.
